- Email me to request the following calendars if you haven't added them already. You'll receive a sharing invitation via email for EACH CALENDAR you request. You must use Outlook 2007 (Desktop icon), NOT the Internet to accept the invitation and use the calendars!
- Lab 201 (30 computers)
- Lab 203 (30 computers)
- Wireless Cart A (15 laptops) Available to Tech Apps and math enrichment/inclusion ONLY.
- Wireless Cart B (15 laptops) Available to Tech Apps and math enrichment/inclusion ONLY.
- Reserve no more than three days per month in any lab to provide availability for other teachers.
- Most core subjects and grade levels have at least one unit that requires research and/or some kind of digital activity; cooperation and sharing of ALL technology resources is crucial!
- Standing appointments (i.e. - reserving every Wednesday) are NOT ALLOWED without prior principal approval.
- Use a seating chart - mine or yours - doesn't matter! Students are responsible for their workstations.
- Monitor students at all times; they love to "work around" the filter.
- Keep students' gum, candy, food, and drinks out of the labs and away from laptops.
- Account for all headphones that students use for instruction; they tend to "walk off" when distributed haphazardly. You must checkout headphones from the library. DO NOT leave headphones out! When you are finished with them, they must be checked back in.
- Read the handouts below and share applicable information with students. Student Lab Expectations posters are in each lab (eventually.)
- Enter a work order if any technical equipment (computer, projector, ELMO) is not working properly and your efforts to troubleshoot have failed. This will expedite the process of resolving the problem!
